Monday Journal

Hello! The new week is started and I'm excited. I started my day with bunch of smiles and happiness. I do believe if we start something well, we can have a great day. School after mid-test was so quite. The students didn't face the reality that their routine activities are about to begin. It's proved that I saw students who have arrived in class in a small number.

The time kept running. The class was finish on 08:40. My friends and I decided to go to mall as our next class would be started on 12:30. We did "take a walk". Stopped by in the cassettes store, did find nothing cool to buy. Stopped by in the book store, did find something cool to buy but I didn't enough money. These what I wanted to buy:

1. Alice In Wonderland DVD

This is the latest Alice movie, Alice In Wonderland or Alice In Wonderland 2010. Alice in Wonderland is a 2010 fantasy  adventure film directed by Tim Burton, written by Linda Woolverton, and starring Mia Wasikowska, Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway, Crispin Glover, Michael Sheen and Stephen Fry. It is an extension of Lewis Carroll's novels Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass. The film uses a technique of combining live action and animation.

In the film, Alice is now nineteen years old and accidentally returns to Underland (misheard by Alice and believed to be called Wonderland), a place she visited thirteen years previously. She is told that she is the only one who can slay the Jabberwocky, a dragon-like creature controlled by the Red Queen who terrorizes Underland's inhabitants. Burton, the director, said the original Wonderland story was always about a girl wandering around from one weird character to another and he never felt a connection emotionally, so he wanted to make it feel more like a story than a series of events. He does not see this as a sequel to previous films, nor as a re-imagining.

2. The Lovely Bones

The Lovely Bones is actually a 2002 novel by Alice Sebold. It is the story of a teenage girl who, after being raped and murdered, watches from heaven as her family and friends go on with their lives, while she herself comes to terms with her own death. The novel received a great deal of critical praise and became an instant bestseller.

Director Peter Jackson secured the book's film rights. In a 2005 interview, he stated the reader has "an experience when you read the book that is unlike any other. I don't want the tone or the mood to be different or lost in the film." In the same interview, regarding Susie's heaven, he said the movie version will endeavor to make it appear "somehow ethereal and emotional, but it can't be hokey". The film stars Mark Wahlberg as Jack Salmon, Stanley Tucci as George Harvey, Rachel Weisz as Abigail Salmon, Saoirse Ronan as Susie, and Susan Sarandon as Susie's grandmother, Lynn.

So, since I didn't get what I want and that's obviously screw my mind, we went to have lunch. An ordinary lunch. Just fried rice and bottle tea. But although it's just an ordinary lunch, those two kinds of order have made my mood good. Besides, I was so hungry.

I was on the good mood but my lecturer disappointing. He came after late almost 60 minutes. Plus, the day turned gloomy. Perfect!

I don't expect it at all. I started my day with bunch happiness but I'm not happy so far. Now, I'm home and so weary, keep hoping to God to give me back my day. I hope everybody happy every Monday.

Much Love!
